Royal shop had launched backup by Royal Express which is 14 years old Myanmar local delivery and mail express courier service provider. Using Royal Express highly developed custom- er network and we developed and launched an in-house e-commerce platform on 24th October 2015 which is called “Royal Shop” and currently we are selling physical books with free delivery service to our valuable customers. We market our local books compatible with retail price without charging any additional charges for the delivery to our customer’s doorstep. Within a short period of 8 months we have carved a niche within the publishing industry. Currently 95% of publishers in Myanmar are working with us and together with over 3,000 loyal customers which result to approx- imately 12,000 transactions, with a 10,000 strong supporter and follower base

After running Royal Shop with only books selling we are now going to expand our e-commerce system into multiple products selling website which will be serving to our customer as Business to Business as well as Business to Customer type of business transaction.
